An Agentic AI Pipeline for Marketplace Listing

One World LLC (dba Instrooments) · AI workflow automation

Context

The operation lists 200 to 300 products a month, and listing was the bottleneck: photographing, editing, writing, and posting ran about an hour for every ten listings.

Decision

Automate the whole assembly, not fragments of it, and hold one hard quality gate: the post-sale return rate was not allowed to move.

Execution

I built a pipeline that takes product photos and short product details as input and produces live eBay listings: automated prompt generation, automated product photo editing, and test results assembled into the listing body. Upload in, listing live.

Result

Before: 60 minutes per 10 listings
After: 15 minutes
Cycle time down roughly 75%, at 200 to 300 listings a month

Return rate and listing-accuracy issues did not move.

Speed that costs quality is not automation, it is deferred rework. The gate is what made it automation.
